**Job Title**: Sales Executive**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and pipeline activity using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- May involve travel to client locations
- Compensation includes base salary + commission/bonuses

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
