**Tendering Process Management**:

- Coordinate the entire tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, procurement, and legal to ensure tender documents are accurate and complete.
- Analyze tender documents and highlight risks, opportunities, and requirements to the management team.
- **Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage contract change orders, claims, and disputes resolution processes.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Risk Assessment and Management**:

- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and tenders and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the financial, legal, and operational risks associated with different contracts.
- Advise management on risk management strategies and actions to minimize exposure.
- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for tenders and contracts, considering factors such as materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
- Collaborate with estimators, quantity surveyors, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify variances for corrective action.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all contract and tendering activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to contracts, tenders, and procurement activities.
- Prepare and submit required reports, certifications, and documentation to regulatory authorities and clients.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
