**Job Summary**:
The Senior Executive - Civil Tender Pre-Qualification will play a critical role in managing and preparing pre-qualification documents for civil tenders. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing all the required information, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that submissions meet the pre-qualification criteria set by clients and regulatory bodies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Qualification Document Preparation**:

- Compile and submit comprehensive pre-qualification documents for civil projects.
- Ensure all documents meet the technical, financial, and legal requirements of the clients.
- Collect and organize company credentials, past project details, and certifications relevant to the pre-qualification process.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients and vendors to clarify tender requirements and resolve queries during the pre-qualification phase.
- Ensure timely submission of pre-qualification documents.
- **Internal Coordination**:

- Work closely with the project, legal, finance, and other departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers to retrieve technical data and reports required for pre-qualification.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Perform market analysis and competitor benchmarking to enhance tender submissions.
- Study tender documents and contracts, identifying risks and opportunities.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all submissions comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Stay updated on relevant standards, certifications, and pre-qualification requirements.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of pre-qualification submissions, approvals, and results.
- Provide regular updates to the Tender Manager and senior management on progress and outcomes.
- **Documentation and Archiving**:

- Develop and maintain a library of standard pre-qualification documents for future use.
- Archive tender-related correspondence and documentation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in project management or tendering processes is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil tendering or related roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering concepts and tender processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and tender management software.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, technical specifications, and legal requirements.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings with clients or site visits.
