About the Company

We are a growing engineering & services company engaged in projects, contracting and solutions for Govt and Private clients. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and contribute to tendering and business development activities.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant Govt. & Private tenders on various portals.
- Review tender documents, pre-qualification criteria, contract terms, and agreements.
- Prepare tender documents, costing, and rates for discussion with seniors/management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect timely quotations and evaluate offers for compliance and best pricing.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions as per tender requirements.
- Submit tenders online/offline within deadlines.
- Maintain database of submitted tenders and track status.
- Follow up for EMDs, bank guarantees, and refunds.
- Work closely with senior management and internal teams for smooth execution.

Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, tendering & estimation.
- Good knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic engineering knowledge and ability to evaluate supplier quotes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and online tender portals.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
