**About Function**

The People Success team at Bizongo is dedicated to enabling our people to do their best work, creating a positive and inclusive culture, and driving organizational impact through effective processes and policies. Our team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment. By joining our People Success Team, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience, support professional growth, and align with our company's strategic goals.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records using Excel.
- Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs for HR metrics and analysis.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR information.

**Presentation Development**:

- Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for HR meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop visually appealing and informative presentation materials.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Participate in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in gathering feedback and data for employee satisfaction surveys.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**HR Projects**:

- Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
- Help develop and implement HR processes and policies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.
- Motivated and detail-oriented People Success Intern to join our team.
- This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various HR projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
