**Your Role**

**About You**
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Results-driven with a passion for hiring and the ability to meet defined targets and timelines.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter who takes full ownership of responsibilities.
- Confident negotiator with strong follow-up skills - a true deal-closer.
- Exposure to **Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI)** techniques is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using recruitment tools, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and proactive in identifying hiring gaps and presenting solutions.
