Karkhana.io is a new age manufacturing platform. Manufacturing is a highly unorganized industry, and the process of procuring a custom part or a product is inefficient. Karkhana.io is changing this through its technology platform: which provides intelligent manufacturing feedback, transparent pricing and on-demand manufacturing of parts - all from your computer. Karkhana.io is building a technology platform with an ambition to transform B2B manufacturing in India through digitalization of the vendor ecosystem: procurement, project management, and logistics.

We have an immediate opening for People and Culture Intern to work closely with the HR team on people processes like Talent Acquisitions, Learning and Development, Employer Branding, People Engagement and drafting people policies.

IMPORTANT - We are only looking for full time intern who can spend 3 months on this internship



Project 1- Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment & Onboarding

**Responsibilities**:

- Design & draft recruitment process basis on the requirement of the business
- Work along with the HR team on all open positions
- Closely work with the internal stakeholders for continuous feedback and interview scheduling.
- Help in offer negotiation and documentation
- Assist the team with employee onboarding and orientation.
- Collect 30 days post joining feedback and conduct one on one with the employee to capture details.

Project 2- Learning and Development
- Capability Building

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and draft the learning and development policy for the company.
- Conduct skill gap analysis and skill mapping to understand the organization capability requirements.
- Conduct focus group discussions with the team and the leadership team to list down the future skill requirement.
- Design learning calendar for FY 22-23, partner with learning partners online/ classroom trainers to create learning experiences.
- Design a feedback process to capture training effectiveness.

Project 3- People Engagement
- Reward and Recognition

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and draft people initiatives to engage, motivate and encourage employees. Spot/ monthly recognition
- Individuals/ team.
- Design platforms/ forums to initiate open discussions
- Design an annual engagement calendar to plan monthly initiatives like Celebrations, one day outing, family day, learning sessions, Town hall, expert talks, fun and games activities etc.

Project 4- Employer Branding

**Responsibilities**:

- To create visibility and brand awareness, by designing various campaigns to showcase people and culture initiatives. Eg. Women day campaign, new joinee introduction etc.



Location: Mumbai

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Stipend - Rs. 10,000 per month
