Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and knows how to build lasting relationships with CXOs and business leaders. If you are passionate about client success, concept selling, and strategic growth—this role is for you.
Key Skills
- Exceptional communication and CXO-level stakeholder engagement
- Strong relationship-building across client and internal teams
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Confidence in navigating platforms, methodologies, and tech ecosystems
- Concept selling and solution structuring for enterprise clients
- Business development mindset with upsell and retention focus
- Familiarity with HRMS or HR Tech platforms is a strong advantage
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships and drive retention across key accounts
- Lead onboarding, engagement, and success strategies for CXO-level clients
- Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities to expand partnerships
- Structure tailored solutions aligned to client goals
- Leverage internal assets—community, research, and insights—to deliver value
