We are hiring CRM for US Based IT Services Company.

Designation: Client Relationship Executive/Manager
Exp: 0.6 Months to 5 Yrs
Location: Netaji Subhash Place ( Pitampura)

Job Responsibility:

- **Create plans to address clients’ business needs**
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Follow up for payments.
- **Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products**
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
- Develop relationships with clients and key personnel

**Requirements and skills**
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills**
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Experience in client dealing ( Domestic / International)

**Salary**: ₹10,954.18 - ₹40,000.00 per month
