**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at CROWN - The Hair Transplant Experts. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns. They will collaborate with the medical team to coordinate appointments and follow-up care, and provide guidance and support to clients throughout their hair transplant journey. Additionally, the Client Relationship Manager will actively contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.

**Qualifications**

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in managing and resolving client concerns

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Experience in sales and marketing

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience in the hospitality, beauty or healthcare industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Hospitality management: 2 years (preferred)
- Healthcare management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
