This role requires excellent communication, a sound understanding of digital marketing and sales processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all project-related communications. - Understand project scope and client objectives; relay requirements clearly to internal teams including marketing, design, development, IT and Account. - Schedule and facilitate client meetings, document minutes of meetings (MOMs), and track deliverables. - Support the marketing team with proposal follow-ups and ongoing relationship management. - Ensure timely delivery of all project tasks and maintain up-to-date project documentation. - Proactively address minor client concerns and escalate major issues to appropriate stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of all digital initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, CRM, digital marketing coordination, or project management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM is a plus. - Tech-savvy and comfortable working with remote location. - Basic understanding of website development lifecycles, marketing campaigns, and digital KPIs.
