**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (0 -1 Year)**
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Help in managing AMC work for AV Products.
- Processing company proposals, receipts, invoices, Challans and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Should be well versed with E-mail writings.
- Should be able to take follow ups from clients for AMC purchase orders.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Will Prepare AMC Invoice /Bills for the clients.
- To register clients AV related complaints in timely manner.
- Follow-up with the OEMS for the client complaints.
- Proper update to clients for their complaints/Issue’s

Back Office Executive Requirements:

- Previous work experience as an Office/Relationship Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

- Morning shift (9:30 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday).

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Relationship Executive : 0 - 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shahpur Jat, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
