**Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (Digital Marketing)**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage their accounts, and coordinate with our internal teams to ensure that client needs are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as digital marketing specialists and project managers, to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives
- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization
- Develop and execute account plans for assigned clients, including managing budgets and timelines
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our digital marketing services to clients
- Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Attend client meetings and presentations, as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or in any stream.
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Proactive problem solver and critical thinker

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
