Job Description: Client Relationship & Business Development Associate

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can manage client relationships, drive business development, and contribute to overall organizational growth. This role involves engaging with clients through meetings and presentations, ensuring smooth project delivery, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of business services and value propositions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (both in-person & virtual) to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations and business pitches.
  • Ensure proactive follow-ups with clients to track progress and resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely execution of deliverables.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships that foster client retention and repeat business.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, business development, or corporate communications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
