The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing client relationships with corporates, general counsels, and senior stakeholders building credibility, trust, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, corporates, and referral networks.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Strengthen the firm’s referral network by engaging with industry associations, chambers, and professional groups.
  • Track client preferences, industry updates, and competitive intelligence to anticipate client needs and align firm offerings.
  • Deliver polished and impactful presentations to senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Draft clear, client-centric communication including proposals, engagement letters, and follow-up notes.

Qualifications

  • Education: LLB or MBA (preferred).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience (PQE).
  • Prior exposure in professional services (law/consulting) is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent presentation skills to hold senior-level conversations.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport.
  • Professional demeanor with confidence and approachability.
