Client Relationship Manager
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    new business development
    through proactive market research and
    lead generation
    .
  • Build and nurture strong
    client relationships
    to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct
    cold calling
    , email campaigns, and
    social media outreach
    to connect with potential clients.
  • Deliver impactful
    sales presentations
    and pitch solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using
    Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    tools.
  • Support in creating and executing
    marketing
    and outreach strategies to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Provide outstanding
    customer service
    and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 1 to 3 yrs. expertise in
    Client Relations
    and
    Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    .
  • Proven track record in
    New Business Development
    ,
    Lead Generation
    , and
    Cold Calling
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for effective
    Sales Presentations
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Marketing
    strategies and execution, including
    Social Media Outreach
    .
  • Good
    research skills
    to identify new markets, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Ability to build rapport, deliver exceptional
    customer service
    , and manage long-term partnerships.
