Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, corporates, and referral networks.
Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Strengthen the firm’s referral network by engaging with industry associations, chambers, and professional groups.
Track client preferences, industry updates, and competitive intelligence to anticipate client needs and align firm offerings.
Deliver polished and impactful presentations to senior corporate stakeholders.
Draft clear, client-centric communication including proposals, engagement letters, and follow-up notes.
Qualifications
Education: LLB or MBA (preferred).
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience (PQE).
Prior exposure in professional services (law/consulting) is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Excellent presentation skills to hold senior-level conversations.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport.
Professional demeanor with confidence and approachability.
