About Us:
Desmat is a leading manufacturer of Computer & Office Stationery, dedicated to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our relationships with key clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell Desmat products.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and feedback.
- Daily Payment Follow up .
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹35,000.00 per month
