**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**:
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Verify guest details, confirm reservations, and assign rooms.
- Handle any issues related to guest reservations or room availability.
- **Reservations and Billing**:
- Process payments and issue receipts for guest stays.
- Assist in upselling rooms, packages, and services.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance with special requests such as extra amenities or services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate guest records and logs.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and other metrics as requested.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Ensure guest safety and security by adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity to the management or security team.
