
Partnerships Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Partnership Development**:
- Identify and build strategic relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to design and execute mutually beneficial programs and initiatives.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring excellent communication and relationship building.
- Address partner queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Business Development**:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities in the healthcare domain.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities.
- **Strategy and Planning**:
- Work with internal teams to design innovative partnership models aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategic plans for potential and existing partners.
- **Healthcare Expertise Application**:
- Leverage clinical knowledge to add credibility and insight into partnership discussions.
- Provide education or training to partners as needed regarding healthcare products, services, or solutions.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
**Key Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**:
- A degree in healthcare such as **BDS (Dentistry)**, **BAMS (Ayurvedic Medicine)**, or **Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)** with a valid license to practice.
- A postgraduate degree in business (MBA in Healthcare Management or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:
- 1+ years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles within the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
