Education - bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners that align with our business goals and target market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Enroll us in partnership schemes offered by big organizations to expand our reach and generate revenue.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies.

- Estimates change requests\projects using industry-standard estimation models Participate in high
- and low-level design activities
- Modify existing implementations based on clients’ needs
- Define and document processes & procedures of an existing system
- Develop Functional and Technical Designs
- Build reusable features
- Write and perform unit testing
- Conduct code reviews
- Ensure that all deliverables from Offshore are as per the quality guidelines
- Adhere to industry and company coding standards
- Interact with the user community on system and requirement issues
- Function as part of a highly collaborative team
- Ensure system documentation is completed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in strategic partnership management, preferably in the IT Industry, is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Familiarity with partnership schemes offered by big organizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth through partnerships.
