Amber is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll partner with our head of the A**mbassador program** to ideate and execute. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of **Amber**.

The Assistant Brand Manager will use their creativity and research skills to implement marketing strategies that help our company reach its objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
- Help guide our overall strategy through constant follow-ups with ambassadors
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
- Report directly to Brand Manager
- Partner closely with the marketing team to communicate brand value.
- Ideate with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
- Research markets, scout opportunities, analyze industry, competition, and market trends
- Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns for the Ambassador vertical
- Track budgets with an eye toward maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Prepare reports on performance
- Executing Plans with utmost finesse

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience as a problem solver
- Exposure to a Marketing environment
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Resource Management
- Project Management
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Hungry to make a difference
- Goal-oriented and results-driven partnered with a creative mindset
- MBA is a plus
