Job Scope: As the Alliance & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with Opus business goals and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role is pivotal in driving growth through collaboration with technology providers, consulting firms, and channel partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners in the Banking, Payments, Cloud, and AI domains.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Opus GTM and business objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to maximize partnership value.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics and ROI.
  • Represent Opus at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Education: BE / MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Banking and Payments industry.
  • Technology Exposure: Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Experience: 8+ years in alliance/partnership roles within IT services or technology firms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
