Role Overview

The Manager – Partnerships & Strategic Alliances will build, expand, and manage the company's technology partner ecosystem across APAC and India.

You will work with global platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft, Zoho, Talkdesk, and Vonage to:

  • Develop joint GTM programs
  • Drive co-selling opportunities
  • Deliver partner-sourced revenue
  • Strengthen strategic alliances for long-term growth

This is a high-impact, strategic role in a scaling SaaS company operating in the conversational messaging + CRM ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesFirst 90 Days

  • Activate 5+ CRM/ISV partnerships (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Define joint GTM, co-marketing, and co-selling frameworks
  • Map the partner ecosystem in APAC + India and identify new opportunities

First 180 Days

  • Drive partner-sourced revenue and build qualified pipeline
  • Launch partner enablement programs
  • Establish joint-selling cadences and collaboration processes
  • Report alliance metrics and optimize GTM strategy

Success Metrics / KPIs

  • % of partner-sourced revenue
  • Partner pipeline growth and health
  • ROI of co-marketing programs
  • Number of active, engaged, and enabled partners

Candidate RequirementsExperience

  • 8–12 years in SaaS alliances, partner ecosystem roles, channel sales, or ISV partnerships

Must-Have Skills

  • Partner management and ecosystem development
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft, Talkdesk)
  • Co-selling GTM enablement
  • Strong negotiation & agreement execution abilities

Nice-to-Have

  • Channel/reseller ecosystem experience
