
Customer Support Agent

**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers to help them resolve their inquiries and issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and work collaboratively with other departments to provide effective solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer service database.
Collaborate with other customer support agents and team members to ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or management teams when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify and report recurring issues to the appropriate teams to prevent future occurrences.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and team members.
**Requirements**:
.High school diploma or equivalent.
.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to customer issues.
.Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
