**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ice Cream Production**:

- Create and develop unique ice cream flavors, using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Operate ice cream machines and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
- Prepare a variety of pastries, including cakes, tarts, cookies, and other confections.
- Experiment with new recipes and seasonal flavors to enhance the menu.
- Decorate and present pastries in an appealing manner.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and service.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry and ice cream making.
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or ice cream maker, preferably in a bakery, restaurant, or dessert shop.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and dessert presentation.
- Creativity and a passion for developing new recipes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Meeting Professional Targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
