**Job Title**: Office Coordinator
**Job Location**:Dwarka sector 11
**Salary**: ₹2.5 Lakh per Annum
**Office Timing**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
**Job Requirements**:
- **Position Type**: Full-time
- **Qualification**: Graduate (Any discipline)
- **Gender Preference**: Female
- **Fluency in English**: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in office administration or coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, inventories, and vendor relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Handle office correspondence and assist in administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
- Maintain and update office calendars and schedules.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is a must).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
