Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator with an MBA to manage daily office operations, support administrative tasks, and assist in coordination between departments. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in office management and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for managers and teams.
Handle office documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Assist HR and administration in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Oversee office supplies and inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Support accounts and finance teams with basic data entry and reporting.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure office facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
Assist in internal communication and coordination between departments.
**Requirements**:
MBA in HR, Operations, or a related field from a recognized university.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of administration, HR, or operations is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
