ROLE OVERVIEW

UniAcoustic, the acoustic and architectural solutions brand under Unitile Group, is hiring a Project Coordination Executive to support its Sales and Business Development Team. The role involves coordinating between dealers, factory, and internal teams to manage quotations, dispatches, and project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate between dealers, factory, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and manage quotations, order entries, and related documentation.
• Track project status, dispatch schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with all stakeholders.
• Support sales and business development team with project data and client requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and organized documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and dispatch records.
• Follow up proactively to meet timelines and client expectations.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email management.
• Good understanding of dispatch and project tracking processes.
• Analytical, organized, and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, design tools and MS Office.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, interiors, or building materials industry preferred.
