As an IT Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring effective communication, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.

Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant and hands-on experience in SDLC project management.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and document the Scope of Work (SOW), Conversations, and technical specifications.

Act as liaison and coordinate between tech team, clients, and management and document every conversation

Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to identify and resolve issues

Proactively track and follow up between different development teams to resolve the dependencies.

Coordinate and handle client meetings, demo presentations

Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, and resource allocation.

Communicate project progress to stakeholders and team members.

**QUALITIES AND CAPABILITIES**

Should be familiar with project management software like Jira, MS Projects, Click Up, Asana, Wrike, Basecamp, etc.

Should have excellent English communication skills.

Possess a track record of success in meeting project milestones.

Must be familiar with IT development-related tasks and terminologies.

Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and consulting skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously

Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Quick thinking, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, Confident, ambitious, self-motivated
