The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate smooth operations across departments.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAssist in the day-to-day coordination of construction projects, ensuring alignment between site teams, vendors, consultants, and management. Track project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to support timely delivery. Prepare, maintain, and distribute project reports, MIS dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders. Monitor project activities and flag risks or delays early, providing actionable insights to senior management. Assist in vendor coordination, purchase tracking, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. Support contract management by tracking approvals, payments, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, accounts, legal, and procurement to ensure seamless operations. Organize meetings, site visits, and inspections, and follow up on action items. Help implement process improvements and standard operating procedures for efficient project execution.About YouMinimum Qualification: B.E. / Diploma / B. Tech. / BBA / MBA in relevant fields. Minimum Experience: 3–5 years in project coordination within real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Google Workspace. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
