About the Project
M Intergraph Systems Pvt. Ltd. is executing a prestigious project with Rajasthan Government, involving the installation of Desktop Terminals (OS Preloaded) along with peripherals such as Thermal Printers, Barcode Scanners, Fingerprint Scanners, 800 VA UPS, and Webcams across police stations, prisons, and FSL offices in various districts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate installation activities across 1820 districts.
Manage and monitor the work of 15–20 engineers assigned across districts.
Track project timelines, SLAs, and installation reports.
Prepare and share MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering duplicates, SLA calculations).
Create and deliver presentations for progress updates in PowerPoint.
Act as the primary point of contact with client in jaipur for updates, escalations, and reporting.
Ensure smooth communication between engineers, vendors, and customer officials.
Report progress and issues to internal senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Min 5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Field Operations / IT Deployment.
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/English
Presentable and confident in handling customer-facing discussions.
Ability to handle multiple districts and coordinate manpower effectively.
Willingness to travel within Rajasthan districts.Role & responsibilities
