
Back Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative procedures.
- Handle office documentation, filing systems, and data entry.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and office events.
- Support HR and accounts team with relevant administrative tasks.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Must hold an **MBA degree** (Administration, HR, or Operations preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
