
Sales Executive for IT Hardware and IT

**Role & responsibilities**
- Assisting with lead generation and prospecting activities, including researching potential clients and gathering relevant contact information.
- Supporting the sales team in preparing and sending sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Preparing Quotation / Proposals as per Customer Requirement
- Registration of Deal in various OEM portals like HP, Dell, Cisco, etc.
- Knowledge of IT Hardware, Laptops, Desktop, Servers, Storage, Printers Products
- Maintaining trackers of Quotation and Deal Registration
- Knowledge of preparing deals, quotation, bids for Government projects.
- Coordinating sales meetings and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are prepared and ready.
- Tracking and following up on sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including contact information, sales stages, and outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of sales events, such as trade shows and conferences.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Assisting with customer onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Proficiency in basic knowledge of IT Hardware and IT Infrastructure Products and services is desired.
