**The Role**
The primary purpose of the Generalist Sales Support (GSS) role is to run the administrative tasks related to the Sales Process and Sales Teams, ensuring smooth operation of our customers, orders and team.
Primary focus is ownership of the Contracts Mailbox, ensuring executed contracts by the Sales Team are swiftly distributed to the correct departments for onboarding and billing, as well as associated databases updated.
Secondary focus is ownership of any general administrative activities including regular review and updating of customer spend and tiers, reporting and other adhoc process for either the Sales team directly or other parts of the business.
**The Responsibility**
- Processing signed orders and distributing for execution in a timely and accurate manner
- Processing signed orders and distributing for execution in a timely and accurate manner
- Working on escalations
- Assist internal requestor with Contract Management (such as cancellations, order processing, CRM data base reporting etc).
- Coordination with Account Manager’s for fetching missing information to release orders and validate signed orders.
- Coordination with Practice other parts of the business to enforce Sales process and obtain DOA
- Coordination and administrator to align databases including CRM, Churn risk, Churn, SOCS.
- Liaison with Accounts regarding invoicing and credits, early termination fees
- Liaison with Sales Operations regarding all incoming contracts and changes to contracts.
**What skills you will bring to the team**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing directly with Australia customers
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the ICT industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service and/or order management
- Good knowledge on network access technologies (DSL, Ethernet, IP Internet, 3G/4G, SDWAN) & networking equipment’s like router, switches, firewall etc.
- Excellent written & verbal English
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
