**Job Summary**:
The **Sales Support Executive** will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in processing and managing orders efficiently.
- Handle direct orders from channel partners and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
- Act as a key point of contact for channel partners, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Support in preparing sales reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any operational issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **12th Pass** or **Graduate** in any discipline.
- **Fluency in English** (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in a **Sales Support / Coordination** role is preferred.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work **independently** while following instructions.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Schedule**: Day Shift (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

**Supplemental Pay**: Yearly Bonus & Other Benefits as per company policy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
