**Job Title**:Client Relations & Order Fulfillment Executive**
**Department**: Customer Service / Operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relations**:

- Communicate proactively with clients to provide timely updates on order status.
- Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular and transparent communication.

**Order Fulfillment Coordination**:

- Enter and update orders in the Production Master Order Sheet accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, logistics) to track order progress.
- Follow up on pending actions to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

**Operational Support**:

- Ensure accurate documentation of all orders and customer communications.
- Assist in tracking dispatch schedules and updating clients accordingly.
- Generate reports on order status, dispatch timelines, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client coordination, or order management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools
- Experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or supply chain environment.
- Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
