As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and fostering positive

relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention

through effective communication and exceptional service delivery. You will serve as the main point

of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate client requests and

ensure timely delivery of services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail,

and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and

requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication

and personalized support.
- Actively listen to client feedback and take appropriate actions to enhance the client

experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests, resolve issues, and ensure the timely

delivery of products or services.
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional

products or services.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing client interactions, feedback, and trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities that

may impact client satisfaction or business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition

and retention.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed to support business

development efforts.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of

professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with

clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under

pressure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional client

service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events, as required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
