Employee Relations Associate

The Payroll associate position is designed to support our growing client facing payroll team with an array of payroll duties. This position provides the ability to learn and grown in a fast paced client facing organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The payroll associate will process payroll for our growing client base across the country
- As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
- The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance as needed.
- Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
- Partner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The payroll associate should exhibit the following skills and abilities
- The ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Skills with MS office, including Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience
PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application. PrismHR also provides professional services including system implementation consulting, custom configurations, and training. Lastly, via the Company's Marketplace platform customers and end users access other human resources and employee benefits applications from PrismHR's Marketplace Partners.
