Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Marketing Expert to represent our company in high-level meetings and client interactions, including engagements with embassy professionals and international stakeholders. This role focuses on building and nurturing long-term client relationships, presenting our company effectively, and enhancing brand reputation. This is not a sales role, but requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and international stakeholders.
  • Represent the company confidently in meetings, presentations, and networking events to introduce and promote our products and services.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM database with updated client information, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives targeted at new markets.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate company value and capabilities.
  • Manage company presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, company website, email newsletters).
  • 3.Coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote ERP solutions.
  • 4.Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to ensure aligned communication with clients.
  • 5.Prepare regular reports on client engagement, campaign performance, and feedback for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support branding and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions in target countries.

Qualifications:

  • MBA degree from a reputable institute is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and corporate communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with senior professionals confidently.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with international business, embassy interactions, or cross-cultural communication is highly desirable.
  • Female candidates preferred.
