Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our campaign and event management initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of organizing successful events, managing sponsorships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Campaign & Event Management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaigns that meet organizational objectives
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment

School Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school associates, promoting cross-promotional opportunities
  • Collaborate with schools to develop and execute joint marketing strategies
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with schools, leveraging existing relationships
Brand Promotion & Representation
  • Represent our organization at events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement brand strategy
Operational & Support Activities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and meeting organizational objectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Proficiency in virtual event platforms, including Zoom and other tools
