Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Corporate MICE at our Noida location. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Corporate MICE sector. Daily tasks include maintaining and growing relationships with clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various departments to ensure client requirements are met. The role requires a strategic mindset to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company&aposs growth.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Business Development and Sales, particularly in the MICE sector
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Travel and Event Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
