Role Overview:

Spexio Technology Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its recruitment business and looking for dynamic & well-connected Freelance BDMs/BDEs who can onboard new clients and/or bring existing client relationships for domestic hiring needs. This is a freelance, commission-based role with excellent incentive per successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage new clients for recruitment/staffing services.
- Pitch and present our solutions to corporates, SMEs, and startups.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
- Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to fulfill positions.
- Bring your own client base (if available) for faster closures and additional earnings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong industry network or proven lead generation ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and independent worker.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
