Urgent opening for Sales Representatives with a client an Indian MNC dedicated to advancing patient care by providing high quality medical device technologies.
**Position - Sales Representatives**
**Product - Medical Devices-**
**Location -Bangalore**
3+yrs prior work experience in sales - Sutures /Surgicals/Medical Devices
**Qualification & Skills Science or Engineering Graduate**. Additional education in business management/marketing will be an added advantage
Main Purpose of this job is to generate Sales through everyday customer interactions, being present in the operation theatre to discuss the clinical use of our products, achieve secondary sales targets monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end sales life cycle for the assigned portfolio and Area
Managing personal and team targets.
Engaging with KOL's in this industry and attend trainings/ conferences when needed.
Achieving primary & secondary sales targets month on month
Achieving Focus product targets - both quantity and value - month on month.
Achieving 100% marketing activities planned for their regions every quarter.
Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus products.
Managing direct reportes by spending time with them on the field and leading by example. Be seen as a coach and mentor
Clinical selling aptitude desirable
Excellent Communication skills with good hold over the English knowledge
Experience of Handling Key Opinion Leaders desirable.
