Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, providing product demonstrations, and understanding customers' needs to offer suitable solutions. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and representing the HCI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Engagement skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate product knowledge
  • Strong Negotiation and Persuasion skills
  • Experience in the retail or wellness products industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
