About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through direct sales and networking.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to improve client experience.

Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and presentations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
