Sales Representative – Construction Company
Position: Sales Representative
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in construction/real estate industry
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Location: Marathahalli
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Representative to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on industry experience and a solid civil engineering background, enabling them to understand client requirements, propose technical solutions, and convert high-quality leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and convert leads for residential, commercial, and farmhouse construction projects.
- Explain construction processes, materials, timelines, and technical details confidently to clients.
- Conduct site visits with clients to understand project scope and provide accurate estimations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and industry professionals.
- Prepare proposals, BoQs, and coordinate with the engineering team for project planning.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and project presentations.
Requirements:
- B.Tech Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in construction or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle field work and site visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
