**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative (Voice Support - Airport Parking)

**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (Tuesday & Wednesday Fixed Off)
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners - Must be available to join by **Friday**

We are currently hiring a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for our offsite **airport parking services**. You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance with **airport pick-ups, drop-offs**, and other related inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Provide accurate information about our parking services and airport-related queries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
- Flexible to work **rotational shifts** (excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays - fixed off).
- Previous experience in customer support or voice process preferred.
