About Us:

Hooqx is a fast-growing company in the FMCG sector, focused on delivering high-quality food products. We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents who can drive sales through outbound calls, handle customer queries, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to potential customers in the domestic market.
  • Promote and sell FMCG food products over the phone.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle objections and provide accurate product information.
  • Report sales progress and customer feedback to the team lead/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience in FMCG or domestic cold calling.
  • Prior experience in selling food products through telesales is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi .
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software will be an advantage.

Eligibility:

  • Only Male Candidates can apply.
  • Candidates with relevant telesales experience from Kolkata (Salt Lake Sector V and nearby areas) will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
