**About Harmoni Yoga**
Harmoni Yoga is a leading online yoga platform offering live, instructor-led classes designed to help individuals improve physical health, emotional balance, and overall well-being. We focus on personalized programs that truly transform our clients’ lives.

**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **Sales Associate** to connect with potential clients, guide them toward our trial classes, and help convert them into paying members. You will play a key role in our growth by building trust, following up with leads, and ensuring every interested customer finds the right yoga program for their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and engage with leads shared by the marketing team.
- Explain Harmoni Yoga’s programs and help clients choose the right plan.
- Schedule trial classes and ensure attendance through consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages with trial participants.
- Track leads, maintain records, and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Work closely with the team for smooth coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Basic knowledge of yoga, wellness, or fitness is a plus (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory.

**What We Offer**
- Fixed salary of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month based on experience.
